The Beast From the Middle East

Beauty and the beast, The music this beast has compiled is best described as beautiful. Thats to put it in a nice way, but when it comes down to it, this album is phat as hell. Just comes straight out with the fast dhol beats of bhangra mixed smoothly into the house hip hip and techno beats of today. Dharam has put together one of the best original remix albums that has been produced this year. People are even talking of him being the replacement for PMC now. Just as its arrival is upon is, this album is going to take over dance floors and car stereos across the states and who knows where else. Dharam just got done with the album, which some of the songs he recorded in Punjab, India for. His kean sense for combining Bhangra with the the best of Hip Hop, Techno, Rave, and House is definitely music to anyone's ears. This album even has a surprise guest apperance by a major music industry star. Now thats sure to help make it even better than it is. If thats not enough, there is even a little original rap courtesey of Elite Records' Dj Harmony.

Dharam's motivation came after listening to "a lotta crap remix albums comin' outta..Canada..USA..& UK" as he kindly put it. He says of his reason for doing a remix album "....I had a lotta ideas.....finally...me & my brother (Dj Raju)...thought of this remix album....made a demo...showed it to Ninder Johal of NACHURAL (while he was here for a show with ACHANAK)..he liked it..& here we are." You can tell he means business when you hear songs like Boliyan (Rave Mix) or even the Beast from Middle East Intro. Ladies and gentlemen you heard it hear first. Beast from the Middle East, coming in October of this year. Look out cause its gonna make you wanna bhangraaaaa.

1 out of 5 bindis - Its pretty Bad
