The title song Jawani Diwani is a catchy peppy number with lots of English words thrown in. American-based singer Bobby Moon does a good job along with guest composer Clinton Cerejo. This track is already a hit! The next song is Dil Diwana, sung by Sonu Nigam and Sowmya Raoh with Hamza throwing in a few Arabic words. This fusion of sound and music is very cool but it is not something that will create a runaway hit. It will therefore, settle to be an average song.

Composers Sidharth-Suhas compose a funky track called Sini Ne Sini Ne, which is also sung by Suhaas. This song is also remixed by Sajid Wajid into two versions, the lounge version and then ofcourse the club version. The songs are totally attention-grabbing and should be a hit overall. Rahul Saxena, Shadaab Faridi and Arif Shaikh sing Tere Ishq Mein, a Sufi song, which is touching but just too average. Jiska Mujhe Intezaar sung by K.K. with Suzaan is a sad number and it has some really good beats.

Yaad Teri Yaad is sung by Indian Idol Abhijit Sawant and Shreya Ghoshal, which is just average and unfortunately, nothing more. Dilruba, the female version of Jawani Diwani, is sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and is nowhere close to being as good as the title track.

Jawani Diwani does have two solid hit songs, which should do the trick for this Emraan Hashmi flick.
