When Bipasha Basu and John Abraham called it quits, the former was forced to look for a new home. The Bong beauty seems to be on the look out for the house of her dreams ever since.

"I've been looking for a place for the last one year. And I can assure you that there are hundreds of people looking for me, but without any luck," said Bipasha, laughing.

We know that the actress has recently transformed her 4BHK (four bedroom hall kitchen) apartment in Khar into a spacious 1BHK. So, why a bigger place, we wonder. "I've worked very hard - almost every day - since I was 16. Now I want certain comforts - a pool to soak in, and an open kitchen to entertain my friends with amazing meals. I feel trapped in a closed kitchen, with my friends enjoying outside," she explains.

Well, that is quite justifiable. But what's with Katrina? She was initially house hunting in London and now in India too?

As far as Katrina is concerned, the beautiful actress usually has an extremely hectic schedule and it is only natural for her to let down her hair and take some time out from the glaring lights, cameras and paparazzi that constantly follow her everywhere she goes. So, the actress has expressed her desire to purchase a property somewhere along Bandstand, Bandra which is in fact quite a plush location in Mumbai, with several other film stars residing in the same area. She is looking for a sea facing residence.

With so many specifications, her manager is finding it difficult to get her the house of her dreams. Although it was recently reported that the actress had finally zeroed in on filmmaker Salim Akhtar's bungalow and was on the verge of buying it too. The bungalow is located very close to Ajay Devgan's office and director Muzzafar Ali's house. But we now hear that she has called off the deal for certain reasons best known to her.

Interestingly, her ex beau Salman Khan also resides in Bandra, Bandstand. We wonder if that is the actual reason for being so specific about the location.
