Leading fashion magazine FHM has declared Katrina Kaif as the world's sexiest woman in their latest edition. This is the fourth time that Katrina has won this honor by the magazine, which conducted a poll to find the world's most attractive woman.

In the poll, which is purely based on online polls and text messages, Katrina is believed to have beaten out not only Indian contemporaries such as Freida Pinto, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra to get this popular title but also defeated international actresses such as Megan Fox, Angelina Jolie and Blake Lively.

"I am really excited with the news since it means people are not voting for me only based on my physical looks. They are looking at me in entirety," said Katrina on hearing the news. This is the fourth time that Katrina has won this honor; she was conferred with the said title in 2008, 2009 and 2011. Deepika had won the poll in 2010.

When asked what sexy meant to her, Katrina explained, "Being sexy is not about the clothes. The sexiest thing is not trying. For me to wear a cotton sari, be without makeup and to still be desirable is sexy."

The most Googled actress with the maximum downloads, Katrina also joined the group of worldly divas such as Elizabeth Taylor, Diana Ross and Beyonce Knowles when she became the Indian face for the Barbie at the iconic doll's 50th Birthday celebrations in 2009. Part British and Part Kashmiri, Katrina was modeling in London when she was discovered by filmmaker Kaizad Gustad, who brought her to India. Katrina then began modeling in India and was introduced to Salman Khan, who helped her find a foothold in Bollywood and the rest as they say is history.

Meanwhile, other Indian beauties who made it to the list were Dia Mirza, who placed 61 last year but was placed at number 9 this year, Anushka Sharma jumped six places this year to grab the fourth place and Chitrangada Singh thanks to her sexy professor act in Desi Boyz jumped from number 44 to number 11.

While Kareena Kapoor's Chammak Challo twist and Halkat Jawani stills made her reach the second position - a one-place jump, both Deepika and Priyanka Chopra fell one position clocking in at number three and number six, respectively. The surprise entry this year has been of pornstar Sunny Leone at number 10.
