Priyanka Chopra is the most talked about star today. Here, the actress talks about her forthcoming venture Krrish.
Rajesh Shah: Tell us about your film Krrish.
Priyanka Chopra: I like the sound of that, though Krrish is not me, but Hrithik Roshan. I play a free-spirited, outgoing girl. It's a fun person. I love playing that.
RS: You've been working with Hrithik Roshan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ritesh, Nana Patekar for the first time. What were these experiences like?
PC: Yes, there are a lot of firsts for my career. Abhishek is the biggest prankster! You can count Ritesh too in that with Abhishek as the group leader. With them together, you simply have no chance but to stand up to their madness. As for Nana (Patekar), considering the actor that he is, I was on my toes and kind of nervous with him being around.
RS: How was the experience working with Dharmesh Darshan's Aap Ki Khatir?
PC: It was awesome. Dharmesh knows his cinema and how to use it. All of us had a ball, except that it was minus five degrees where we were shooting in Ludlow (on the outskirts of London). The climatic conditions were unbearable. And I had to wear chiffons and skirts for the camera. I'd do the shots in the freezing cold, rush to the car and turn on the heat to full.
RS: According to a story, Amisha and you fought like cats and kittens?
PC: Where did that come from? Let me tell you, I have never had any problems with any of my co-stars. Whether it's Lara Dutta in Andaaz, Kareena Kapoor in Aitraaz, or Amisha Patel. True, Amisha and I didn't socialize after pack-up. Right after shooting I was with my physical trainer getting trained for Don. I have never had stress with any of my co-stars.
RS: Do you have a boyfriend?
PC: I haven't found a person to whom I'm willing to give that amount of time and attention. I'd rather give my entire self to my work.
RS: What are the other offers you have on hand?
PC: I'm currently busy with Rumi Jafferi's God Tussi Great Ho. Don, my film with Farhan Akhtar, will be released soon.
