Things don’t always turn out the way we want them to. Life has its own lot of surprises to offer and, with every bold turn that destiny takes, you realize how things can change in a matter of a few moments. And this happens to be the case particularly with relationships. You go ahead with some perceptions, some notions, and some dreams. So when things are equally or more beautiful in your relationship than when you first set out, you feel there was nothing more you could have asked for.

But what happens when those expectations, those dreams are not fulfilled and you realize that the beautiful relationship you shared with somebody has turned into the most painful part of your life and there is nothing more you want than to get over with it. You are absolutely shattered. Even if the end of that relationship makes things easy for you and even if ending it is the best decision of your life, there is always some pain you have to go through. Some emptiness is experienced by you.

It is then that we learn the next big lesson of life - things have to move on no matter what and, after moving on, you realize life has its consolations to offer. It has its replacements to give and there are many more beautiful things lying ahead. Life is not all that bad. So if you loose out on somebody or something that mattered a lot to you, remember that there is something better waiting out there for you to acknowledge and for you to accept.
