Develop new strategic business partnerships with key companies and individuals
Develop new business relationships towards acquiring clients to increase revenue and the bottom line
Sell Desiclub online advertising solutions to small & medium sized businesses
Sell Desiclub Classifieds, Events, Yellow Pages, Client Management solutions to clients
Target specific business genres, real estate, media, technology, etc. to fulfill complete relationships

Must have at least 2 minimum years of experience and established relationships in this segment
Must have reasonable knowledge of media, online, print, tv, etc.

Lead and establish protocol among team members
Knowledge of Hindi and other Indian languages a plus

Editor In Chief Position
Making article selection decisions based on the protocol and creative focus of Desiclub's established editorial content
Final-editing of all accepted articles and requesting final approval from authors (if needed)
Preparing the final articles for layout and reviewing the page proofs of the layout for publishing (HTML required)
Setting and enforcing deadlines
Collecting votes and announcing results
Writing and distributing status reports every two weeks to the Editorial Board
Acting as official representative of Desiclub to media and press as needed
Overseeing Staff Writers schedules, stories, assignments and budgets, managing editorial team effectively
Maintaining contact with writers about the status of their submission
Maintaining the Desiclub editorial policies
Maintaining communication and feedback with readers
Assisting and being responsible for other staff members
The Editor-In-Chief will work closely with the CEO and upper management of Desiclub to assure success of objectives
Interviewing new and managing existing duties of Interns
2 Years of Experience minimum and, Bachelor's degree required

Thorough understanding of the Desiclub website functionality and capabilities
Statistical Data Collecting, providing this for further analysis
Setting and enforcing deadlines
Manage Report timelines
Opportunities to work on special projects, as needed
Effectively coordinate with team members and share insights of the campaigns
Maximize ad inventory and consistently enhance campaign performance
Must have solid understanding of on-line media and/or traditional media
Work with team to analyze relative value of alternative approaches or process improvements which impact achievement of objectives
Experience in data mining or report generation or ad serving is desirable
Detail oriented, excellent written communication and analytical skills
1-2 years related experience in Portals / Online Media or SEM Companies / Advertising Agencies as a Copywriter
Bachelor's degree required

Experienced Cold Fusion Programmer, must be perfectionist
Knowledge of Cold Fusion / HTML / JavaScript / DHTML must be unmatched
Must know the security issues relating to websites and be able to fulfill gaps
Experienced in SQL Database management
Must be realistic with deadlines
Ability to self-QA to minimize bugs required
Must be creative and offer solutions to requirements
Detail oriented, excellent written communication and analytical skills
5 years experience in Cold Fusion development required
